So Nathan turned 13 this weekend!! - a proper teenager now. When I asked him what he would like for a birthday dish his response was king prawns and scallops please!! So with only a few minutes to spare we cooked up this wonderful dish - Pan Fried Prawns and Scallops with Omega Rich Salsa Verde.
